Sherry Braswell

Sherry Braswell has inspired thousands throughout her professional career as a leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Sherry began her career in the cellular phone industry, where she quickly distinguished herself through strong leadership and results-driven performance. Her success led her to launch and operate her own business, which she successfully ran for 21 years.

Throughout her career, Sherry’s passion has centered on educating, motivating, and inspiring others—particularly within sales, leadership, and personal growth. Her influence extended beyond her own organization, positively impacting professionals across the industry.

In addition to her business leadership, Sherry is the founder of Sherry Braswell Ministries, a faith-based ministry dedicated to encouraging individuals—especially women—to discover their God-given value, purpose, and calling. Through speaking engagements, teaching, and outreach, the ministry focuses on hope, identity, and living out faith with confidence and intention.

Today, Sherry serves as Owner and Director of Sales and Marketing for Triangle Family Magazine and Midtown Media, where she continues to connect businesses and communities through strategic marketing, storytelling, and relationship-building.

Sherry and her husband, Kent, live in Cary, North Carolina, and enjoy sports, hiking, and spending time with their family. They are the proud parents of two daughters. Kaeli is a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and a graduate of Furman University, where she double majored in Communication and Religion and competed as a four-year member of the Paladins volleyball team. Olivia is currently enrolled in the Professional Pilot Program at ATP and plans to pursue a career as a commercial airline pilot with Delta.

Faith plays a central role in Sherry’s life. She and her family strive to live by the guiding principle that “through Christ, all things are possible,” and they believe in sharing that message through service, leadership, and ministry.

Sherry has volunteered extensively with children through GRACE Christian School and her ministry work. She is especially passionate about helping young women recognize their value and confidently navigate today’s challenges.
